I am doing some research for a Early test 1/48 XF7U-1 Collect Aire build. The number 2 aircraft crashed in Cheaspeake bay and disappeared. The pilots body was never found and only a few parts washed up on shore. Does any one know if this airplane was ever found? Thanks Steve
