"AutoPopulate" the ToolBox Properties dialog

I have set up a series of custom fasteners in ToolBox and added them using the "add my parts" wizard. I would like to populate the Part No. and Description dialog box that comes up when you insert something from the ToolBox - the area below the drop downs where the radio buttons for List by Part Number and List by Description are located.

Can it be done?

I'm not sure but look at how de Toolbox is build up. The fields shown in the dialogbox are build up bij configuration table in the database. In the past I did some experiments with it and made own description in the available fields.
