Swks 2003 has been iffy on putting fillets at an intersection of a rectangular "bar" interseting a loft of elliptical profiles. Sometimes it works & sometimes it does not. I can ask it to put a .015 or .001" radius on a clearly defined edge where there is obvious room and it says the radius is too large. That is not acceptable to me.
Is Swks 2004 any better in this regard?
