Cannot run Solidworks, please help

Hi, when I run the Solidwork 2005, there is a message show as follow:



  1. "This version of SolidWorks has not been commissioned properly, please contact your supplier"
  2. "Error signature AppName:sldworks.exe AppVer:13.0.0.1009 ModName:sldappu.dll ModVer:13.0.0.1009 Offset:0019caff"
  3. "The instruction at "0x7343d59c" referenced memory at "0x0f96fa4c". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program" And it will exit to windows. Please help. Thanks
