[ Submissions not following these instructions will be ignored. How can we hire you if you can't follow simple instructions? ]The only instructions I could find were (perhaps) "PLEASE SPECIFY HOW YOU FOUND THIS AD" .
So you missed the part that said the following?
We welcome cover letters of reasonable length explaining your situation, availability, etc; all material received will be held in strictest confidence, and submittals will be acknowledged.
Desirable characteristics for ALL positions (especially technical listings) would include previous consumer stereo and or pro audio / sound / speaker / recording / OEM manufacturing experience.

Are those "instructions"?
Or those? Will they just toss out any resume not showing "consumer stereo & speaker" do you think? They said "desirable", not "forge your resume or we will toss it".
Those seemed to be instructions.
If it is not first sent to the correct address how can they ignore it?
