dual core, quad core? there's still only 1 bus? We need dual processors to come back. And when are we gonna stop having DOS operating systems? Why do we even run off harddrives anymore? And why aren't we all using bubble ram? The stuffs been around for decades? I want HP and dec workstations running nix. All these windows "cad" boxes are multimedia systems.

And whoever invented the mouse should be killed.

I've always wanted to get behind the "kill the mouse creator" chant but alas... I still gotta pick and create crap on the screen (most times lots of it). What would be an improvement for selecting or creating geometry? Maybe them new fangled retinal tracking lasers? Or... maybe we should not be having to select things on the screen? Why have a screen? Could I have the image projected into my head? Why are we still typing? Geez been doing that since the late 1800's! At least the mouse is "somewhat" newer. What about organic cells for memory? It could expand over time.

Btw, I use a Spaceball as well. Should we kill that guy too?

It was not even called a "mouse"!

It was originally called a "bug"!

Now here is a Q,

Who changed it's name from bug to mouse?
