your first issue seems ok here-can cut and copy ok -you need to select the view from the FM and select the second sheet before paste

Thanks....I'll give that a try....I used to be able to simply drag the view from one sheet to another, while within the Feature Manager? Thanks Again!

This is definately a SP 4 issue. It works fine on SP 3.1.
