Hi i am using SW2004sp2.1 can I edit the revision table so that the revision are 1,2,3... and not A,B,C.... and change the date format from 2/3/2004 to 2.3.04

No, you can't.
Now on the other hand, people who read the help can do it, but I know, that's a lot of useless bother.

Yes You can.....go to tools option/document properties/tables....at least You can change from abc to 123 not really sure where to change the date though
