ToolWorks ERP-Link is used to connect from within SolidWorks to your "Visual Manufactoring" software. ToolWorks BOM Manager exports the BOM's from SolidWorks to your MRP system either via txt-files or via XML-files.

We also use Visual Manufacturing & Solidworks at the moment we have no integration between the two but I am about to look at a program called Revzone which I believe can link up with An SQL Based MRP system. This software is a bit like PDMWorks but also includes a change note system for modification notification. Hello,

I'm using DBWorks to push SW meta data to another ERP system. System is identical no matter which manufacturing software you use. I'm assuming VM has an import function (excel, flat ascii, etc..) DBWorks can create just about any output format you need to import into VM.

Question: Do you want a one-time push (SW to VM upon release to manufacturing) or continuous push (SW to VM as needed)?
