Description:
Designs, draws, consults on the building of, trouble-shooting of, installs and services custom and standard equipment in accordance with standard practices and guidelines determined by the management team.
Responsibilities:
=B7Design equipment to meet the predetermined specifications of the engineering team =B7Utilize Solidworks in the design of equipment =B7Convert prototype applicators into production machinery =B7Write field retrofit instructions, operation and preventative maintenance manuals. =B7Design applicators for ease of operation, ease of maintenance, and ease of manufacturing =B7Develop cost effective manufacturable solutions for existing equipment.
Qualifications:
=B7Five years of machine design experience =B7Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written =B7Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, and / or government regulations =B7Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals =B7Able to effectively present information and communicate with a wide range of people from the company president to machine operators =B7Reasoning ability
-Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical illustrations in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
