i have SolidWorks 2006 SP 0.0. My question is where can I download SP for SolidWorks and which of them is best for use?! (i'm new here and i'm from Croatia)

If you're on subscription, then you can still download SP5.0 from the customer portal. I believe SP5.0 is also considered the best for SW06. There were several to avoid.
If you just recently bought it, your reseller should provide you with install disks including the latest SP.
