Atlas S2/S4 delivered?

Has anyone heard if the Atlas HO scale S2 and S4 have been shipped yet? Their web site says the 17th of September, but nothing more.

I just received today an Atlas HO Alco S2 RF&P #61 today USPS from Hobbyinc.com - $68 plus shipping.
