Cute, my last name is Mikkelsen - Son of Mikkel - even though my fathers name is Leif.

My family can actually be traced back to Germany, but that is several hundred years ago.

Im just happy to know the last 2 generations of my family, there's not so many left of them...

One of the advantages by living in a small country like Denmark is that everyone learns danish, english and german in school. Many learns either french or spanish as an extra language. I learned electronics instead :-)

"Neben" is "lesser/smaller". "Zahl" is as you say "number", not "tooth" as I wrongly wrote.

So, you're a smaller number - sounds about right.

If you look back to your posting, you'll see that you made fun of my name.
