I am needing decals for Erie Lackawan GP-38 O scale. Can anyone help?

EL did not own any GP38s... GP35s yes. If you are just freelancing any set of hood unit decals should be adaptable, but I can't tell you much about O scale. Prime Mover Decals makes the most accurate set in HO scale, but HO only as far as I know.
