POWER PACK SET UP

Hello all, been awhile. I was planning on buying 2 MRC TECH 4 350s w/walkaround controls. I know the walkaround is separate. Or 2 Tech 4 250s w/walkaround. However I searched the internet & found no one has these items. They might be listed on the site, but when I called to confirm, they did not have the items. It has been confirmed however that these are discontinued. Which leads me up to my question. I will most likely buy 2 MRC TECH 260s to run the ATLAS Great Eastern Trunk layout, 1 for inner lap, 1 for outer lap and a smaller transformer for the yards. Is there a way to wire in a walkaround control somewhere w/these 2 packs? Anyone know where I can get walkaround throttles that are NOT DCC. I know some may say I should go the DCC route, but it is not feasible at this time as most of my stuff does not have decoders or it is too old to be set up for DCC. Thank you for your advice & help in advance. JAIJEF
