Very well. A train or railway has the political affiliations of the people who operate it. In Nazi germany, if the railway people were not affiliated with the Nazi party, they didn't get to run the trains. Amtrak is not politicized that way. We all know that a hunk of steel is not political, but trains and organizations are frequently associated with the politics of the people that run them. Thus a train with a Nazi emblem, and operated by the Nazi government, gets to be a Nazi train.
The original poster introducted the concept of evil trains. If trains can be evil, then they can be Nazi, because Nazi = evil.
