Summer SouthErneR + 2 of 4 Hartford Model Contest PhotoBooks

The first two Model Contest PhotoBooks covering the NMRA model contest at HN2009 in Hartford this past July have been completed and are available at the SER's website,

"Scratchbuilt Rolling Stock" and "Scratchbuilt Structures & Dioramas",were posted to the SER's website last night by the region's webmaster Mike Broadway in the National News section.

Also the expanded 61-page online Summer issue of The Southerner is there as well. The front half of the Summer issue is mostly SER content while the back half is Hartford content plus a reprint of the

10-page AP Judging Matrix which occupies the last 10 pages. Look for the red "NEW" bubbles when you get to the main page. Download size for each of the three is around 7MB.

The last two PhotoBooks will cover the Kitbuilt categories will also include a look at the Module contest (in Rolling Stock) and the Model Showcase & other contests (in Structures & Dioramas). These last two are still being worked on but the text boxes are done, they just await my efforts to sort through the photos I want to use for each entry.
