Not quite sure just what you mean by "vintage" model railroad. Excepted for the fake, supposedly jittery, B/W sections of the presentation, the layout is undoubtedly of relatively recent origin (a number of relatively late-model items can be recognized) and I believe the trailer indicates the video session dates from 2004!

Probably using it in the eBay sense of the word. Anything older than
