Nuenen 2006

Just returned this afternoon, excellent rally once again. Pics on webshots at the link below. Two new toys to keep me amused, an early 3hp Lorenz from 1930, and a Bruneau Superbloc from around the same date(or thats what I was told !!)

Cheers, MartinH

What it the lower of the two tanks on the side - something to do with the cooling system, is that a pump at the bottom?

Great set of pics from a rally I am unlikely to get to - I'll look in more detail when webshots is not behaving like a tranqualised tortoise!

Aside from the obvious attraction of plenty of unusual (to our eyes) engines, what is the rally like - is it engine only, is it well attended by the public, is it well run, are the displays including information boards etc better/worse than UK, what about roping/fencing etc etc etc ????????

Some lovely stuff there Martin. ISTR that something very like the Bruneau was at Dorset a few years back. I and my camera really must make the effort to get over to Nuenen one year :-)

Excellent series of interesting photos Martin. I don't suppose you've got any more of the Aster?
