We are trying to send a video Stateside. It was shot on mini-dv and edited on VHS. Now we'd like to update the medium. I'm aware that TV is transmitted in PAL here and NTSC in the States. Can anyone tell me if the formatting survives transfer from video tape to DVD?
I've looked at some commercial DVD's and they say "PAL".
