Why, when I am running in 128 speed step mode, does my controller (a Lenz LH100) only show up to 126 on the display?

Look at the binary code:
x000 0000 = Stop x000 0001 = Emergency Stop x000 0010 to x111 1111 = speed steps from 1 to 126
