Bachmann Pannier Slow Running

Hello All,

After some ideas on why my Bachmann Pannier (0-6-0 GWR) tank runs so poorly. It's OK at speed, but when you slow it down it becomes shaky and juddery and frequently stops altogether. I'm fairly confident it's not the track because my other Bachmann tank (0-6-2) runs beautifully slowly on the same piece of track. Is it likely to be the pickups? Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.

Alfie.

Thanks for that. Would Electrolube do the job too - I don't have any Railzip handy and it will be hard to get this close to Christmas..!

No! Do not use Electrolube for this purpose, it is an oil whereas railzip is a cleaner.
