Anyone know if it is actually available yet?
BRM website will take orders but doesn't say when it's actually published.
Waterstones say published 22/11/2008 but state 2-3 week delivery which makes me suspicious.

Received my BRM plus BRM Annual in the post this morning (Thu 11 Dec)
They are in Smiths and have been for a while.
