You could try these links to German sites:

Links / Verbände, Vereine, Clubs (bottom right) Once inside, you will find clubs in three categories

Also you could try these newsgroups (if available on your server) de.rec.modelle.bahn (German) alt.binaries.pictures.rail (Picture groups, mostly US, but often a good selection of European pics)
