No, but according to Hattons:- "Please note this will only function with a DCC controller, no analogue controller will work with this model." ?

I suppose it would be reasonably easy to un-dcc this model should you wish to?

But why believe Hattons rather than Hornby? They don't have the train in stock and haven't tested it so there is no basis for their statement. Its standard for DCC fitted trains to run on DC although you may not get all functions and not all types of controller work well. Keith
