Interesting, I had been getting a connection time out since lateish last night after an initial couple of 'service unavailable' messages.
Now when I try a popup comes up asking for login and password, even on the 'homepage'.
very odd....

I get the pop-up password entry box as well, plus the images do not load!

I've never been there before so I don't know what behaviour to expect.
But it's demanding a userid and password from Windows, before much comes up.
It's not a popup, it's a standard Windows logon prompt. The access priviledges have been changed at the Windows level.
It appears there were some server issues, but all is now well, as Andy explains here:
