Anyone live near Blackpool / Fleetwood and know when ( days / times ) the Toys2Save model shop in Thornton-Cleveleys is open ?
We plan to take our son to see the trams @ Blackpool again sometime this year, in the past we have visited Thornton-Cleveleys to see the windmill and each time we have been the shop has been closed !
Tried to e-mail them but no reply ?
We visited the shop last week ...... and this time it was open !
What a great shop .... everything in clean, clear, large display cases. The models we well set out and not crammed in together. Child friendly and smart.
The lady in the shop was very helpful and friendly.
Just how a model shop should be !
We bought a few pieces of rolling stock and managed to get one of the new hand re-railers promoting 'Hornby Digital' ........ great for our son who sometimes struggles to get all the wheels on the rails.
Worth a visit if your in the area.
