40 os max help

I have a 40 os max, about 10 yrs old that seems to run great on the first half 1/2or two thirds (2/3) of the tank and then quits. Both the high end and the low end have been adjusted. Any suggestions on the next steps to correct the problem

I agree, it sounds like fuel line pressure is likely an issue. You might need to move down to a smaller fuel tank if the fuel lines seem tightly sealed.

Pressure fitting on the muffler might be gummed up.

Replace all the fuel lines with new medium silicone lines. Next get a new fuel tank. I recommend:

This model gets rid of the inside vent tube, and the tongue on the front prevents lines from getting pinched.

I vote for a split/pin hole in the draw tube that attaches to the clunk inside the tank...

When the fuel gets below this "split", air then gets in as well.
