aircraft id?

Hello. A friend at work recently gave me a model his father had stored in his attic when he passed away. This plane is a 3 channel, high wing, about

6' wingspan. The fuse is stick-built and quite large and boxy. The wing is glider like, with mild polyhedral. An OS .15 engine was installed in it. The stab is built-up, with an airfoil section. Landing gear is taildragger configuration. Rudder control is pull-pull.

I know this isn't much to go on, but does this ring a bell with anyone? What is it? Any suggestions on an electric power system equivalent to a .15 engine? I think this model is suitable for a conversion.

Thanks!

geared speed 600 on 8-10 cells or best 3s LIPO 2200 mA/h is enough.

You should post a picture in the Vintage forum on

These old model fly bootiful on a geared electric - better than on the glo anyway. It suits them to a T

Sounds good - thanks for the info.
