Hi All, Has anyone tried the Kylron Fusion paint as yet to see if it is fuel proof. Does anyone know a water base polyuratane that is fuel proof at least to 10% nitro. I have tried several and none are fuel proof. Thanks Gene

Water based? No, but try here for oil based polyurethane paints;

I have used Minwax water based polyurathane in a 10% nitro environment with good luck. Use THREE coats.
I've used Krylon Fusion paint on coroplast and can testify that it is not fuel proof w/ 15% nitro fuel.
