Found new sites introduced by Jamal who now works for Kk HOBBY SHOP to promote the selling of RC Airplanes.
1) Tanjung Aru Beach, between KYC and Shangrila Tanjung Aru Beach Resort Hotel.
Everyday at low tide.
Weekends, electric planes near the beach, fuel further from the beach.
2) Ketiau after SMK Tansau in front of a huge Mansion, the owner of whom supports RC activites on his still unoccupied land. There is a small field for playing electric and an earth clearing for flying on landing gears.
3) Tambalang race course in Tuaran. Going there to see Chin Ah Kioungs' jet engineed aircraft.
Ah Khiong could be the best RC pilot in Malaysia having introduced 3D flights since 2001. Unfortunately not shown by RTM, despite free performances by the RC enthusiasts.
The most prominent of which is this Ah Khiong. He also has a huge 300cc engined RC Aircraft that can hover but only at high altitudes.
