The thing that REALLY threw me off (until seeing #2 do the same thing), is the LED would light up nice and bright at full throttle when operating in the "normal" mode, just like it's supposed to, the transmitter was still set at the default 100%, so I thought "hey, it's seeing full throttle all right, the Phoenix 10 works, must be something wrong"............. Damn smart alec dad burned new fangled gadgets no how.....................
Some things just dont come easy.
Neither did starting my $4.95 Thor engine. I paid more for 70 weight oil and gas than I did for it.
Red S. Getting older but hardly keeping up in the wiser department.
What is auto lith mode?
I didnt think anyone knew what a thor engine was. Red did you read the black and white AHC when you were a kid? I am no expert but I do remember them.
My phoenix can now tell weather I have a 2 cell li-po or a 3 cell li-po plugged in and adjusts the cut-off voltage accordingly. mk
Can I do that with mine? I have a Phoenix 25 and the Phoenix link. I have updated my ESC with the latest software but I don't see how to do this. I can set the voltage or set a coustom voltage but I don't see an auto mode.
I watched James program this feature. After he upgraded the esc there were drop down menus fodr each of the settings that I recognized from manual programing. I think that "auto lith", or whetever it was called was at one end or the other of the menu. This might make a good post on it's own. I do not own the link to the computer. I'm sure someonw knows more. mk
Download the latest Phoenix-Link software from the CC site, Version 1.12 I think. The Auto-Lipo setting is in there....
