Autocad 2007 defaul view

May 11, 2006 1 Replies

Hi all. I do not know which changes I made to the layout of autocad 2007 but now when I start acad the default view is a 3d assonometric view. How can I set Autocad to start with a standard World plane view? Thanks Giulio

From the Tools menu, select Workspace settings. From the dropdown, "My Workspace =", select AutoCAD classic. Check save changes to workspace. OK to close the dialog. That will become your default. You can also quickly switch workspaces using the workspace toolbar. Suggestion: Create your own workspace starting with AutoCAD classic so you can always revert back to default. Really the same you would do with profiles.
