To think that all of this could have been avoided if only he had set up an off-shore subsidiary or SPE [special purpose entity] in Aruba. By conducting all international transactions through this subsidy, using "transfer pricing," he could have accomplished the same thing and been legal.
Should have spent more time reading AMC/RCM postings.
