Resonant basin of attraction system

The OCT is done using a series of Walsh Hadamard transforms and random permutations. It transforms arbitrary numerical data into data with a Gaussian (Normal) distribution. It also leaves vector length unchanged. Feeding the output of an OCT back into it's input gives a resonant system with (randomly placed) basins of attraction. These can be deepened by including a nonlinearity in the system.
