If you use AutoCAD to produce panel schedules for lighting and receptacle panels, power panels, etc., then you should download the free demonstration version of my AutoPanelboard program.
The program is written in AutoLISP, is open source, and runs in AutoCAD. You can develop your schedules in CAD without having to import spreadsheets or documents.
The only feature found in the full version not also in the demo version is the ability to link together multiple panels. If you only have a few panels to work on you shouldn't need the full version. If you work on large projects with multiple panels, the demonstration version will give you a good idea whether the full version ($195 USD) is right for you.
