Couple of questions...
Did the dial _and_ spindle come off or just the dial?
Is the safe open or locked?

Just the dial has fallen off and it is closed & locked (happened while moving)

Take the safe to a locksmith and he should be able to fix it for you. You might have to wait for parts however.
