I took the ICS course in 1995.I can't remember the exact cost-something like 39.00/mo for 2-3 years. The ICS course was pretty straight forward, but it was stated in the course that the course only taught the basics and that to get in the market competitively, your best choice would be to work at a shop for someone else. I have a neighbor who took the foley-belsaw course.I helped him out a few times. It seemed to me that on several occasions, the FB course was "teaching the long way around" and "see spot run" rings a bell.
A locksmith I talked to mentioned Lockmasters.(This was after I had finished ICS)He said that was where he got his start. Lockmasters is located in Nicvholasville , Kentucky, and has a good deal with products you order. If it is pre-paid my a money order, there is no shipping cost. They also offer several courses on safe servicing and opening.(To mention a few) I would highly reccomend Lockmasters.
