vehicle training

I am currently training as a locksmith. Unfortunately I am not learning any automotive work. I would like to be a well rounded professional one day and feel I have to learn automotive from a experienced teacher. I have searched the web for trainig in this field and have come up empty. I have also checked the faq. of this group to no avail. I currently reside in Fla. and there are no schools in this state. Does anyone know of a course being given in auto work.

Thanks,

Tech Train, is in Florida... see if he has a seminar/classes somewhere.. Lockmasters? they are branching out a bit...

local associations might have some 'weekend classes'

FYI - Lockmasters bought tech train. Steve's with Lockmasters now.

My suggesting to the original poster is to join a local association

Thanks for the response Shiva. Turns out tech-train is not doing any classes now. lockmasters is giving a two week course on locksmithing but no auto invovled, mostly industrial locksmithing. The coincidence is on the tech-train website it's saying lockmasters now owns tech-train. All those living in Kentucky have to pay sales tax on anything ordered at tech-train. My question for the group Does anyone know any locksmiths who have taken a course at lockmasters? If so was it any good?

Thanks in advance. J.F.
