make holes on assembly file of MECHANICAL DESKTOP

Hi, I have a question in MECHANICAL DESKTOP. Is it possible to make holes on an assembly file? For Example, when you assemble the 3d parts of a valve and the welds, Is it possible to make the bolt holes on common borderS of the welds and other parts. Or is it possible to make fillets on assembled parts? Does anybody know? Thanks alot,

Nope! You can use the amcombine command to join the parts into one part, then drill it or fillet it. However do this only if you don't need the assembly information of the seperate components.
