F138-03 Standard Specification for Wrought 18 Chromium-14 Nickel-2.5 Molybdenum Stainless Steel Bar and Wire for Surgical Implants (UNS S31673)
Possibly ISO 5832-1 (Implants for surgery -- Metallic materials -- Part 1: Wrought stainless steel) would be close, but there may be no exact match.

With respect to composition 1.4435 (X3CrNiMo18-14-3) might fit.
