6" PVC pipe available online?

Aug 10, 2005 10 Replies

Hi,

I'm looking for 6" PVC pipe that I can buy by the foot online. The only place that I can find it locally (Fergusons in Portland Oregon) sells it in 20' lengths which is waaaayyyy more than I need.

Does anyone know of any websites that sell this size by foot online? Or if you live in Portland, do you know of any brick and mortar stores that sell it in shorter lengths?

Thanks.

How much do you need? I live up in Seattle, and I bought a 20 footer awhile back, and I'm only using part of it. Probably not worth it, though, to come get it, now that I think about it.

I'd cruise all the construction sites around town here, I'm out west in Beaverton area. You can almost always find good pieces of 6-8" PVC in the scrap bin. If your near Cornell Road, you'll find a bunch.

I need two 2' lengths. Thanks for the offer, but you're right going up to Seattle is bit too far.

Get the 20 footer than use the rest to make a grapefruit canon!

You might ask Grant if they have UPS in Seattle I'm sure shipping would be all of $10.

Not by the foot, but 5' and 10' lengths. 5' is P/N 48925K25

Bwahahaha. Good'un, Tom. I like the way you think.

So, have you dyed/vaporized/electrocuted/decapitated any perps yet? Got GIFs?

Go to the store with a handsaw and cut it up once you get it to your vehicle. You will expend more hassle trying to save a buck than you will just doing it. Look at the value of your time and resources, and revisit your price calculation.
