Ok... so I know I should have faced all the washers, grooved them and installed o-rings... Drilled and tapped then installed grease zirks... lubed with synthetic grease... sandblasted, shot-peened, epoxy primered, then gold base with candy apple red... Forgive me but here is what I ended up with. All for the Cub Scout pack... overdone again! Best thing is my boy (6 yo) really took interest in building it. He want's to learn how to tack weld now!
