Fine with me. Actually that was 2 different thoughts - the hurt something part was about the guy that stole your boat, not the current problem.

Just curious, is this a solicitation for murder?

What is the list and how are they marked?

Best is drivers license # and initials.

At least it keeps the shop honest.

One would think (hope) that the going rate would be a wee bit more than a couple cartons of cigarettes. I think the cigarettes would buy you a mediocre Photoshop hack job.

trailer,

Yup, in my 'hood, you pay in beer or food. We are always firing up the grill, putting on a meal and then splitting up the leftovers.

I give my neighbor a case of Bud, because he has room in his second refrigerator. I always have a beer waiting when he invites me to dinner.

Etcera.

Okay

Repeat after me:

Ooooooohhhhhhmmmmmm

OOOOOOooooooooohhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm

OOOOOOOOOoooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmm

OOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

. . . . . . .

Now that you've taken those cleansing, soothing breaths,

focus all of your attention on your problems,

take another deep breath,

let it partway out,

hold

. . . . . . .

and fire at will!

. . . . . . .

Bet you thought you were gonna get some claptrap about calm and the beauty of the universe, huh?

Nope. Getting rid of Cliffie wouldn't be murder. It would be more on the order of pest control. ;)

Gunner, Couple of questions:

  1. What is COPD?
  2. I have had sleep apnea for years now (succesfully treated). How exactly does the dmv know that your wife has apnea?

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Lungs plugged & hard to get air into, typically recognizable by the person being "barrel chested" (due to muscles needing to work harder to breathe).

I hate to have to point out the obvious, but if you and Ernie had taken the simple precaution of welding your vehicles to something, they wouldn't get stolen.

How so? Half the trucks around here have either Lincoln SA-200 welders, or a hot wrench.

As to how..the doctors at county hospitals are mandated to advise the DMV. The problem is the patent suddenly falling asleep at the wheel. A symptom Ive never noticed in any of the folks or my wife. She has quite the opposite problem..not being able to sleep, or only sleeping for minutes at a time.

Sleeping in the same room with someone with both apnea and COPD is not easy...both the obscene gurgling, coughing, strangling noises as they struggle for breath..but the sudden ceasation of breathing for extended periods of time. Combined with her several heart attacks....Its rather like hearing the grenade spoon hit the deck....

How does that not violate HIPPA regulations?

Is there a CPAP device being used now? Sometimes indicated in situations like this. Sorry, hadn't been following the thread real close so if I missed it, I apologize. Oh, and Gunner, I'll send you a link to some pictures I'd like your emailed comments about, probably tomorrow when I have them posted. Looking for a better way to arrange things.
