Toy train sets stolen A HAUL of model locomotives and railway sets was stolen from a business premises in Ulverston last week.
Burglars forced entry to the premises in Station Yard and took 85 unboxed model locomotives, 15 complete Backmann railway sets, two turntables and miscellaneous model railway accessories overnight on Wednesday, November 10.
Ulverston Police are urging anyone who may have been offered these goods since the theft, or who may have seen suspicious vehicles or persons in the vicinity during Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, to contact them on 01768 864355 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
