Yeah, they still sell them -- JUST like that. It's very useful in the farm field.

Useful even in a "fully equipped" shop.
A regular DP or Mill can pretty readily be adapted to pedal/water/gas/whatever power. You pedal while I mill the part you want...

Can you also clamp a regular drill press of mill onto an irrigation pipe, then drill the pipe for a fitting?
