You can get another from Milwaukee.
I just took mine apart, the chuck is just a 3/8"-24tpi threaded, so the arbor is what is the key.
I work for a company that sells these adapters (1/4" male hex --> 3/8-24 male thread). You can supply your own chuck or we can supply one.
