Bad News for NASA.
They keep forgetting to get an entry visa from the Martian Government.
No, they didn't get their bootleg software registered with Micro$oft in time. Or maybe they did.
This rover has experienced an exception error at the following memory location: "MARSMARSMARSMARSMARSMARSMARS"

Judging by the response ("static and noise") someone probably slammed them over to AT&T long distance wireless service. Always put a lock on your service provider!
