"Tools and Their Uses" (downloadable)

I've been trying to locate copies of some NAVEDTRA manuals lately, in particular the 14043 and 14044 Builder manuals. Apparently, the US Navy has recently restricted access via their website to these excellent references (see

Does anyone know where I can get copies of these? I found a web site (tpub.com) that supposedly sells them in PDF format for a nominal $3/ea fee, but the owners of the site have been unresponsive.

Suggestions?
