Anybody interested in blocking the Chinese spam that has become prevalent here recently might care to set up a rule or filter deleting anything containing "chen" in the sender's name. That should eliminate most of it.

For me, that would have only fixed 2 out of the last 7 spam posts to this NG Blocking mail from gmail accounts would have been 100% effective.

Yes, that's what I did, and also found it 100% effective (so far).

I would find blocking "http" or "www" in the title works about as well too, if I bothered to filter the spam.
